Both of my roommates are moving out at the end of March and I'm looking to fill the rooms.
The house is located between the Lowry and Stapleton neighborhoods, ~4 blocks east of Denver, in Aurora. I'd describe the neighborhood as quiet, very diverse and largely working-class.
The house was built in '49 and was purchased as a HUD home. I've completely remodeled inside and now my efforts have turned towards the exterior. Public areas are fully furnished and include a living room, dining area, large kitchen, bathroom and laundry 'closet'. There are covered patios front and back. The back yard is fenced.
Pets? I love them, but would prefer not. That said, a well behaved pet might all too easily convince me otherwise.
Asking $500 / month for each room. This includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, trash & recycle), cleaning supplies, dish detergent and TP. Length of stay is flexible.
