House for rent in Denver, CO - West Highlands neighborhood
« on: March 31, 2016, 08:51:50 PM »
My tenant just informed me today that his company is transferring him to the LA office. Seeing that my wife is 2 weeks away from delivering baby #2, this isn't exactly the best time for this to be happening right now, but hey, that's life.

Anyway, I just posted my rental property on Craigslist and Cozy, but would give any mustachian or mustachian-esque individual, couple or family the first place in line if anyone is interested. I'd also seriously consider a decrease in rent to anyone on this forum who is interested.

The house is located in the heart of West Highlands in Denver. Historic rowhome built in 1908 with a lot of original character, but modern updates throughout. Very spacious and functional for the era it was built. Has a low maintenance backyard with raised garden beds and a brick patio. Very close to Highlands Square and a quick walk or 5 min bike ride to LoHi, Sloan's Lake or downtown. You could seriously never step into a car living in this location. I hardly did for the 4 years I lived here.

Available May 1st. I pay water, trash, sewer and tenant handles the rest. Low utility bills thanks to the beauty of old, shared walls (don't worry, it's not noisy).
