I have a guest bedroom to rent out. It's at Issaquah between exit 13 and 15. 20 min walk to Park and Ride. Through luck my previous roommate was very Mustachian (no cable, don't use dryer that much, rather minimalist) and I'm looking for similar qualities. Rent is $650 and $70 for utilities.
About me I'm a quiet and introverted female. I'm also clean. I vacuum and clean the kitchen weekly. :)
