Hello fellow mustachians! My husband and I are looking for someone who would be able to remodel our bathroom. Nothing drastic, we just need a new tub installed, new shower tile, new water fixtures, and possibly flooring. The biggest reason for the remodel is the shower fixtures are leaking/dripping behind the wall and making the ceiling beneath it slightly damp (nothing major, everyone we've talked to said it should dry out once we fix the leak). I've gotten a few estimates and we've considered tackling it ourselves but I'm worried about the possible water damage and don't want to get in too deep with our lack of skills.
I'd love to see if any of you would be available to do the job, or if you know someone who you trust to do a good job at a great price. I wouldn't mind being able to help and learn alongside the person, especially if this would lower the cost of the job.
We have numerous other projects we will need done over the next year or two so this could be an opportunity to get a decent amount of business. We need a new fence, siding/painting, some electrical work, carpet removal/flooring installation, trees trimmed, possibly even a kitchen remodel down the road.
