Hi!

We have a house in Springfield, VA area that need some masonry work - stuff like laying flagstones in front porch, fixing an old and uneven crack on concrete pad under the deck, retaining wall work to keep soil from eroding around our airconditioner unit....

My husband and I are working to finish the interior of our house in preparation to sell it and find we just don't have the time to work-while-we-learn and we lack the skills to do the work efficiently.  And the professionals around here must have drug addictions to support because I'm still recovering from the numbers they threw at me!

So, if you have some mad masonry skillz and some time, we want to hear from you!  We are willing to work along side to learn and to do some heavy lifting and to make the work go faster.

We are downsizing so can barter some stuff including tools - MANLY tools like chain saw, power washer, lawn equipment.  We also have some fancy yet durable furniture. A couple of collectible women's bikes too - a pink KHS John Howard Infinity bike and a Terry Classic Georgena.  Both bikes need tune ups and maybe new tires.  And then, of course, there's always grocery money and first born.  :-)
