Looking to move out of our cramped 1 bedroom and into a 2 bedroom by July when our current lease is up. It's myself, my spouse, and our 16 year old. We did 2 years in this place so we could minimize expenses as I finished up at WWU, but we are cramped, I'm done with school, and we won't be buying until summer 2022.
Hoping to stay around $1500. Open to Whatcom county, north Skagit, Island, or even Jefferson on the peninsula. Self employed with a steady but not impressive income (well, not impressive to non-mustachians, at least), no debt, plenty of savings. Nonsmokers, very quiet mustachians, but we do have an older cat.
On the flip side, if you have a NW WA/OlyPen home for around $220k (hah, wishful thinking!) on at least an acre that you will be selling, we're interested. That's how much we qualify for right now with our current down payment/income.
