This is an owned system, NOT LEASED!!! I had it on my old 1800+ sq ft home in Arizona, moved to a larger house and is not practical for a house that large. Has battery backup integration for when power goes out or for off-grid applications, like a homestead. 4.4 kilo watts can easily supply power for a/c and other appliances and lighting for my old house with some power bills that I was able to sell electricity back to the grid.
