FYI in case anyone is interested, came home today to find this taped to my door from the manager of the complex I live in:
"We have a one bedroom apartment available to rent right now. Rent will be $1695, must have good credit, income 3x the rent, max persons 3. If you know anybody who wants it let me know."
PM me if you want the contact information. It's a small complex, ~30 units, near El Camino/Bernardo. Has a small pool and 2 coin operated washer/dryers on site. If the open apartment is the same floor plan as mine it should be just over 700 sqft but I can't promise as I haven't been in anyone else's place. If it is upstairs it should come with a carport, if downstairs it will have an uncovered parking spot right outside the front door. Can probably list lots more specifics and pros/cons if someone really wants a lot of details but I'll leave it at that for now. (I do complain about our "dumpy little apartment" fairly frequently on here, but honestly we have lived here for about 10 years now so it can't be all that bad.)
