This is a short children's book, you can read a PDF here:

Buy on Amazon:

I did a book report on this book many years ago as a child and it has stuck with me ever since. I didn't understand the point of the book at the time, but since then it has become clear that the book is about a man and a woman who escape the corporate world and start a family together. I get strong FIRE vibes from this book. Perhaps it helped to steer me down the path to early retirement.
If I have children in the future, I will definitely get them a copy.

Love this one, especially the hippie-dippy style of illustration.
