I have not read this book, but saw it at the library today. It looks very mustachian. It is published by an Australian publisher. Anyone read it? Thoughts, take away? I love the phrase frugal hedonism.

I've read it. I borrowed it off a colleague who is friend's with one of the authors, but otherwise wouldn't have known about it.
It's an enjoyable read that focuses on soft strategies on developing an appreciation of life without consumerism. It's all about enjoying the warmth of sunshine on your skin, the sound of leaves rustling in the wind, the smell of fresh morning air - that kind of thing.
But it is light on some of the more advanced financial techniques and strategies that MMM, and other bloggers, specialises in that provide the framework for enjoying a simpler non-materialistic life.
I always find it useful to read other accounts of a frugal lifestyle - there's always something new to learn. So it's perhaps worth a read - potentially life changing for some - but nothing revolutionary for followers of MMM.
If it's at your library you'll know after a few chapters whether its right for you.
