I'm enjoying it so far! Anyone else have their hands on her newest book?

I'm on the waiting list at the library. Will let you know what I think of it once I'm done! What were your take home messages?

I'm just loving that it's how to talk to people about money. One part I liked was how to say no to a handout: I don't have money for you, but I'm happy to sit down with you and help you develop a plan.

Just read a library copy - it was good, but didn't have much new info.  Understandably, as her other books have covered the basics:  making a budget, creating an investment plan etc.  This book was as much about making and enforcing boundaries as it was about financial principles.

Worth a read, but not worthy of going into my permanent library.

I'm going to put a hold on it at the library.  The boundaries re: money stuff sounds good.

I also have it on hold, both ebook and paper.  I find that as I get into a topic (finances, gardening) I advance from the basics (like Gail's older books) to the deeper more philosophical ones.  Looking forward to this one.
