Title: How Not to Die by Michael Greger, MD

I just ordered this from my library after binge watching Dr. Greger on YouTube.

I have eaten a whole-food, plant-based diet (off and on) but I find Dr. Greger's information so compelling I think I may finally be able to make the commitment to my health and my future self by embracing a vegan plan of eating. Anyone else in the MMM community on a similar path?

I found this an inspiring book and also read the China Study after.  He lays out a very compelling argument for cutting out meat.  Indeed, I haven't found any counter point as to why one should eat meat for health reasons (I can understand wanting to eat it because of taste/desire for meat dishes same as desire for ice cream and sweets, but there seems to be little reason to do so for health), but am open to reading more on the subject.
