Downloaded it, read it in an hour and deleted it. Very basic, it looks like the author browsed the internet for a couple of days, looking for money saving tips, and chucked it in a book.
But thanks for the tip anyway, it can be a good starter for people who currently overspend. I do not think I am the right audience :-)
