I found many interesting books through the recommendations here, maybe someone knows a good introduction on Evolutionary Psychology.
Thanks!

Hmm I don't know much about that field but I enjoyed the psychoanalysis in "man's search for meaning"
-
Two that I really liked:
The Moral Animal by Robert Wright
The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins
Read but don't remember well:
The Red Queen: Sex and the Evolution of Human Nature by Matt Ridley
-
The Meme Machine by Susan Blackmore. Forward by Richard Dawkins.
I read it like 15 years ago and think about the implications still.
Very powerful.
-
The Blind Watchmaker by Richard Dawkins (if the Selfish Gene is too much for you, this is a good place to start)
The Third Chimpanzee by Jared Diamond
Evolutionary Psychology: The new science of the mind by David Buss
(this one is a text book, but if you're REALLY interested, Buss is a good authority)
EDITED TO ADD:
And I JUST realized I'm responded to a months old thread that was bumped today. :)

well I'm still glad you did. thank you all!

finally came around to read The Moral Animal. This is one of the books everyone should have read, to explain Life, the Universe and Everything. Or atleast give you a pretty good idea why society, love, sex & relationships, and general social behavior are the way they are. Highly recommended.
