Can you recommend books for a retirement gift?
« on: April 24, 2015, 11:30:54 AM »
My sister in law retires this spring and I would like to get her a few books to enjoy as her retirement gift.  I plan to get her the "What Color is Your Parachute For Retirement" book.

All books don't have to be on retirement.  She also has the following interests:
Cooking
Quilting
Gardening
Healthy Living

I would welcome ideas.  I thought I would perhaps get her a stack of 4-5 books, tied in a pretty bow.

Hey Trudie -- What a nice gift idea!  Years ago someone gave me a great cookbook -- Lickety Split Meals by Zonya Foco.  It is the one I go back to over and over again.  The focus is on simple healthy eating on a budget.  It has complete nutritional info for all recipes.
