I own a 2nd home in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and my wife and I are considering renting it during the summer months as a vacation rental to help generate income that we would use to help pay living expenses. Does anyone have any recommendations on a book that outlines how best to go about setting up a vacation rental, along with the benefits and pitfalls and tax consequences?
