My sister who is under the age of 18 earned some income and I'm having trouble setting up a custodial Roth IRA for her with vanguard under my parents' supervision. Specifically, vanguard doesn't give me the option to form a custodial IRA on their website. If I state that I want to open a retirement account, no custodial option is available meaning that if I enter her information in including birthdate, it immediately states that she is too young to open an IRA. Essentially I can't find an option on Vanguard that allows me to open a custodial IRA. I have linked the page that I'm confused about directly from the Vanguard website below. It better illustrates what I mean and hopefully a fellow mustachian can get to the bottom of this and help me understand how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated :)
