It seems to imply that for the civilian side it's only NGA employees. And what about the Coast Guard?

Ah, I see, I was looking in the wrong areas, thanks. Intuitively, I didn't group military families and civilian families together so it didn't occur to me to look under the military side.

Thanks for the info!  I had never heard of this program.  Did the daycare provider you wanted to use meet the criteria?  Do they reimburse you the $20k, or do they pay the provider directly?
