Canadian meetups have been talked about in a couple other threads, but I am hoping this one will capture a more specific area with the terms used.

If you live in Southwestern Ontario feel free to reach out and maybe we can grab a beer, or meet up for a game of soccer in a park!

Currently living and land lording in Woodstock (2 duplexes), working in Kitchener (not the ideal commute, will likely be moving to KW within 365 days), frequently in London for family and friends.

Talking investments, rentals, taxes, frugal philosophy, tips, tricks, side hustles, life, would be great!

Fellow ERE/Mustacian here from London On. Also a fellow landlord as well (quit my job as a CPA in April to focus on RE/Landlording full time) I currently have 6 rental properties (12 units).

I'm not on the MMM forums too often these days and was always more of a lurker than active poster, but there is a group of like minded individuals that meetup monthly at Tiger Jacks (south-end of London). We meetup usually the second Tuesday of the month.

A few of us are/were regular ERE&MMM readers. It's primarily focused on RE investing and landlording but there's still a lot of personal finance cross over there as well.

There is also the London Area Real Estate Investment Community (LAREIC) that meets up the 4 Wednesday of every month. (Tomorrow's meetup is at 6pm till 9ish usually). It's more solely focused on real estate investing. We meetup at Chaucer's Pub.

Everyone is welcome to the BPs meetup, and the LAREIC one is pretty friendly as well. If you're interested in either and want more info - feel free to send me a msg.

Also Samuel Sedore on Biggerpockets hosts a KW meetup monthly- I've met him in person and he's a great guy, and I'm sure you'd get value from his meetups as well.

If you'd like to meet up sometime to discuss general personal finance/life hacking etc feel free to reach out to me. I've been debating about creating a regular meetup for London on but have allowed inertia to hold me back (and the BP meetup serves as a decent substitute).

I would be interested in a casual meet up of like-minded folks as well.  Not sure if you guys do anything family-oriented, but I have two little ones and a lovely wife who is enjoying the ride with me as we slowly dip ou toes in the world of MMM.

I must say, even though we've made some great changes, our spending is still way too high.  Way too high!

Would like to hear of anything happening this summer if something comes up.  We just finished SunFest here in town and it got me thinking about bbqs and being in the park.  Combine that with some MMM philosophy and it sounds good.
