Any Mustachians in San Diego interested in getting together to talk FIRE and perhaps play some board games?
-
Sounds like fun! Count the two of us in - we love board games!
-
I like board games.

Might depend on what part of the city. My preference is more northerly. :)

I never come down to this forum and happened to see San Diego mentioned on the main page. Any idea on when and where? I'm inland north county. I had the chance to meet someone from here when I was on business travel last week and it was a positive experience, so why not meet some more of you? ;)

Yes, working on a PhD, I imagine it would be:)
Depending on how many of us there are, we might be able to host in our Sorrento Valley home.

Great! I'm happy to host too and I'm fairly central.
I'll send everyone a PM so we can decide on a day/place.
Others are welcome to join too.

I've met @nippycrisp before - perhaps he would be interested? No pressure, though.
-
I'm in New Zealand and Europe for long stretches the next couple months, but I'll ptf to see if dates work.
-
Great - it's looking like March 22nd in the evening is the best option but we are still discussing.
-
We are planning to meet March 22nd in the evening. Mark your calendars and join us!

Argh - I'm going to be at a balloon festival on the opposite side of the planet. And I'd psyched myself up to overcome my introversion and everything. Pity. But next time, for sure, guys.
-
If it's not too late, would you have room for a newbie? I'd love to meet more San Diego mustachians!
-
Yes, come join us! I sent you time/location information.
-
Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight!

This is the bread I made yesterday! The writer is rambly, but the recipe is super easy.
