I'm on the map! Close intersection, at least. (Moving there in the next couple of weeks) Fun to see where everybody is growing mustaches!

I can't believe it's taken me this long to to find this. I can't access the map at work but I'll add a pin for myself when I get home.

I just added myself.  Then I edited "Untitled" to "Mustache Map" and put a bit of instruction in the description.  Because it took me a couple tries to figure it out, thought it would be helpful.  But if map owner no likey, please edit and accept my apology (sorry).

This is pretty cool.  I hope to see more mustaches nearby.  I also think it would be need if we standardized the icons (sorry all you creative folks) to indicate... something.  Age?  FI status or target FI date?  IDK...

Drat!

Oh, Norvilion...., as I was zooming in to look at the map, I suddenly realized I had grabbed a pine tree and was waving it wildly around with no idea where it had originally come from. I think it's you. :(   I dropped you somewhere in Missouri for a little while, then had the idea to check your membership record here in the forum and see if I could figure out where you belong.

Anyway, I left you in the Nashville Zoo where I think you started out, but I'm not sure I got the right enclosure. You might want to check. And sorry for the sudden disruption in your location.

Is there anything that can be done about having several pages and the pins not showing on the map all at the same time?

Thanks, man! I'm in Oak Ridge, over near Knoxville, by the way. And I see a few other folks in the state. Tennessee is well-represented. :)

What a great idea!

I seem to be the only mustachian from Adelaide (Australia) so far...

Fear not, there are now two of us!

There is me too but I can't see the edit icon to add myself.

As my first act on the site, I have added my location to the map.  Boy, no one else in my immediate area at all.  I might have to change that.

Bear in mind there are multiple pages of markers. You are probably on the last page.

It is strange. I can see two bikes near Allentown PA on the google map on iPhone. But they, and other staches on Harrisburg PA disappeared on Google map on my PC.

Don't forget to cycle through the pages. I don't know about the iPhone, but it breaks stuff out more on the browser version. On the bottom of the list on the left side is a pager. Go through those and see what you can find.

This is awesome! Only two people in Indiana.... surprising because Indiana has got to be the cheapest if not one of the cheapest places in the country to live haha. Admittedly after I get a stash of cash I'm headed west haha.

I'm in Colorado as well. Don't forget that it doesn't display all the pins, as they are broken out into pages. I think I'm on page two or three. On the left side, scroll to the bottom. You'll see four different pages there. Looks like there are a few Coloradans on each page, even though not many down by me. :-(

I inadvertently removed some Colorado folks from the map when I tried to add an icon. I was placing a marker when the map zoomed out (I don't know how I did that)- I zoomed back in to place my marker and noticed other markers were gone. I don't know what I did wrong, but did not intend to remove other markers. Can the map be recovered to an earlier version - about 6PM MST?

This is supercool, but having multiple pages is sort of a pain. What if we broke this up into several maps, organized by regions?

For example, I'm in Rochester, NY. We could create a "Northeast US" map to make it easier for people around here to find one another, without scrolling through multiple pages.

You should see an edit button in the top left. Click it, and then right click your location. You should see an option like place pin or drop marker... Something like that.
