Just got back!  Moab was amazing, I did a lil writeup on my blog https://eklektikventures.wordpress.com/
Can't go on some of the more intense hikes with ice/snow (we got snow 3 times tho it wasn't huge), one day was pea soup fog, still amazing tho!  It will be awesome to see the area again at a different time of year.

Anyone near Moab?  We just rolled into the area and should be here for at least a week if not longer.  If anyone is in the area, send us a message.

Sorry to say that I just cancelled my reservation at the Canyonlands RV campground.  After much deliberation, I thought it would be unwise to spend time there amidst the tourists, potentially contributing to the spread of Covid.  :(

I encourage others here to spend some time in the region, as it is a great time of the year to be in the Moab area!

@2Saving4Life -- sorry that I will probably miss you in Moab this time.  I do plan to be at Canyonlands National Park (Needles District) on Oct 20 or so--might you be planning to get down there at some point?

We're out on BLM land north of Moab, we didn't want to deal with all the people in town either.  Plenty of room to spread out here.  Not sure how long we'll be in the area.  We really enjoyed staying at Horsethief Campground near Canyonlands back in 2018.  It's possible we could still be here after the 20th, but we typically don't stay that long in an area.  We still haven't made plans for next though, so who knows.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
