creating a FB and MeetUp group using Mr Money Mustache?

Hi all,

I'd like to create a local Mr Money Mustache group on Facebook, and on Meetup.com, so some of us in East Tennessee can get together and trade ideas and our nefarious plans.  Before I do wanted to make sure it was cool to use the term "Mr Money Mustache" or "Mustachians".  I doubt MMM has those terms copyrighted, that doesn't seem likely, but internet copyright laws automatically copyright anything after 1978, as far as I can tell.  So, just wanted to get an opinion on it.

I don't know the legalities, but there are tons of these groups, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't care as long as we don't use it for nefarious means. We have both a MMM Meetup group and Facebook group here in Vancouver.

Thanks!  Thought that was about it, but was hoping for some input either way.  I reserve my nefarious activity for outwitting my boss.  :)

Inspired by this thread, I searched for a FB mustachian group in my city. There wasn't one. So I tried to create one myself, hoping to meet real-life mustachians. But in order to create a FB group, you have to add at least one friend. None of my friends are even a little bit, remotely mustachian, so I can't create my group!
