I know this is not super helpful, but there are several Norwegians I can think of floating around the boards. There's one man who bought an electric car recently and talks a lot about why that made sense for them financially.
I'm mostly posting so I can come back to this post next time I run across one of them. They are definitely around.

Yes, electric cars are popular here with special tax reductions. Please let them know of this thread next time you "meet" a Norwegian.
