Any mustachians in Guanajuato, or nearby?

My wife and I will be here for the month of June, taking a break from our bicycling trip to South America and would love to put something together if anyone is around.

Haven't been out there for awhile, but its a nice town.  You should check out Tortas al Vagabundo - tasty and inexpensive!
