What to Invest Simple IRA In?

Hi all, my husband has a Simple IRA through work with TDAmeritrade.  We want to invest some of the funds in it.  We would really like a "set it and forget it" type investment.  I really like VASGX, but am worried about TDAmeritrade fees involved with it.  I really like the setup of VASGX, where I can choose my risk, it offers portfolio diversity, and auto-balances.  Would I get killed in fees from TDAmeritrade on this?  What are some other options I could look at?  ETFs?

What I did when I got a Simple IRA was log in to the website, look at a list of the mutual funds available, and sort by expense ratio.  I noticed a few were really low.  FYI my account is through Charles Schwab.  I chose a couple of the lowest expense ratio funds (S&P 500 index and a total international index) and started buying them every couple weeks when I log in. 

So I would recommend sorting by expense ratio and starting there.  If no low expense ratio funds are available, the best you can do is pick ones that you think will perform well and meet line up with your own allocations that you want.
