That 100$ milkshake doesn't even look appealing.  It's like . . . driving all the boys away from the yard.

I’m sure it’s expensive because it has gold and other precious metals on TOP.  The frugal among us can still make it pencil out if we are willing to perform the necessary reclamation and processing of the metals.

Edit: and “donkey sauce?”  No thanks

You already route your toilet to your compost pile, right? Then you save on your sewer bill and your vegetables are super tasty. Spending a little time digging gold and other precious metals out of the compost is definitely mustachian!

Just make sure to let your compost cure for a few weeks before digging through it. Otherwise you get a nasty rash...

Who said anything about a toilet?

https://forum.mrmoneymustache.com/share-your-badassity/i-pee-in-backyard-to-save-water-wife-hates-me-for-it/

I hate to break it to you, but that milkshake gold isn’t in your pee.

Golden shower?

Why even have a top if you cannot have it be in the day SP returns to the > 3000 zone?

Divergence between Dow and Nasdaq yesterday & today does not bode well for a continuation of the short term uptrend.

Short term top is in (he said famously).

You guys will hate me, but I'm trading the top. Bought two put options for $SPY at $291, expiring June 30 of this year. So far the top appears to be, well, not in.

The S&P 500 is up 31% in just over a month! We are on our way to the biggest top ever! It is going to be amazing! Many people are saying they are excited.

And up again! Can someone please call the top in, this bull run seems unstoppable and crazy to me :(

His ability to call the Australian top is quite impressive. He called the last top (northern hemisphere bottom) on March 20, and sure enough the market made a huge drop (northern hemisphere rebound) within a few days.

I picture thorstache looking like Crocodile Dundee.  You've heard of bear markets and bull markets; this is a croc market, mate.

NASDAQ 10,024.31   The sell in May and Go Away crowd may be missing some gains, or they may have locked them in...

Up, Down, Sideways the market is a fickle beast but its worth the ride.    Back to the topic, the 10K top is dead long live the 10024 top!

right? i mean, the NYT headline is Stocks slide as glum forecasts and new virus cases pierce Wall Street’s bubble.

No, many people are in complete denial and think the lockdowns are/were unnecessary.  Some of them are on this board.

After today's drop, the S&P 500 is all the way down to valuations not seen since May of 2020.

Off topic: I just realized today that my stash has gotten big enough that on days like today I can lose as much money in a day as I was making in a whole year eight years ago ... and not even notice.
