« on: November 09, 2020, 08:41:27 AM »
I am unable to log into my account this morning, both on the app and Safari browser. Anyone else having trouble?

Thanks.

I'm able to login, and I see the following message from TD Ameritrade:

"Increased Market Volumes
Some clients may be experiencing slowness across some of our web and mobile platforms due to heavy volume. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and take the performance and reliability of our trading platforms very seriously."

This is about the 5th outage I've seen on a high volume day this month.

I already have one foot in the door of Interactive Brokers.

Well, It's either that, or you would be headed to Schwab, anyway.
