Schwab Alternatives to these ETFs

I have an IRA at schwab and looking for the best no fee (aka schwab select) alternative these vanguard etfs.
Vanguard:
VTRIX Intl.Value
BND Total Bond

SCHZ would equivalent to BND.
I'm not sure of an international value fund, but here's a comparison of Schwab's market-cap ETFs to those from Vanguard and iShares:

There is not a direct equivalent, but three similar are:
DWX (dividend)
FNDF (fundamental weighting large cap)
FNDC (fundamental weighting small cap)
