OTCQX Billion+ How to invest

I thought this looked like a nice way to diversify, adding mostly Non-US stocks to a portfolio. Is there an ETF or such that would attempt to follow the OTCQX Billion+ ? If not what is the easiest way to construct myself? I did some googling and couldn't really answer this myself
