Has anyone ever heard of or use Northwest Plan Services as a 401k provider? I just heard our company is switching to them and am freaking out a little bit. They haven't provided any info yet but I'm anxiously dreading reading through the new plan info that gets sent out. I've looked on Northwest Plan Services website and there is very little information on it and I can't even see what funds they have available... We've previously had Vanguard as our 401k provider and I have my savings very fine tuned right now and have been very happy with them.

I was with them under a former employer and was very happy. We had access to a number of admiral Vanguard funds, as well as a variety of actively managed funds. I'm sure this could vary by employer. Their site is user friendly and has a good interface.
