Vanguard vs Fidelity index fund dividend discrepancy

Comparing, VTSAX to FZROX index funds, why are the Vanguard dividends so much higher than the Fidelity ones? Do they balance out when you take into consideration the expense ratios or returns?

I am wondering which would be a better option.
