Is Russell Small Cap Completeness Fund the same thing as the Extended Market Fund?
In other words, Russell 3000 is almost the same as Total Stock Market
so
Russell Small Cap, which is the Russell 3000 without the SP 500, would be the same as Extended Market, which is the Total Market without the SP 500?
I only ask cause my employer only offers SP 500 and Russell Small Cap.
