Fully Paid Lending Program

Many brokers offer a "Full Paid Lending Program" although they tend not to promote it very much.   Basically the way it works, is the broker borrows individual shares from you, and then loans them to somebody else.   You and the broker split the interest on the loan.   Anybody tried this?
