They have a promotion going on now. Open an account from a referred friend and they give you both a free stock. I couldn't find anyone mentioning it so figured I'd pass it along. Ask your friends who use it if they have a referral link!
If you don't, welcome to use mine. "Join Robinhood and we'll both get a share of stock like Apple, Ford, or Sprint for free. Make sure you use my link. http://share.robinhood.com/kylec189"
Seems like the app is slowly improving and features are getting added. So far so good. :)
-
Available to Americans only, I believe - you may want to put that in the title.
-
I've been interested in opening up an account with Robinhood, as a I want to buy a share of baby Berkshire to get be able to attend the shareholder meeting next year. Also, there are a few ETF's I'm interested in that aren't available elsewhere commission free. So maybe this is the impetus I need to jump in ...
I guess the things hold me back are the following (feel free to try to mitigate my concerns here):
- Is the business model viable? - I don't want to end up with a situation where they are forced to sell to another brokerage that doesn't have as favorable of a commission scheme (although I suppose it wouldn't be the end of the world ... these ETF's would be "hold forever" types).
- How is their tax documentation? - I don't want it to be a headache gathering tax information when the time comes to render unto Caesar.
- Integration with Mint and SigFig? - I checked today and there doesn't appear to be a way to import into those apps. Are there plans to make that available anytime soon?
I might open an account anyways, but the 1st and 3rd bullet points are kinda sticking points for me right now.
-
RobinHood has crap-all for features and tools, but it really is free. It's only on your phone, and doesn't support account transfers in, which is all a PITA. But it's free.
Viable long-term? Well, no free platform has held on very long to my knowledge (so far).
But you could do worse than free stock. The tax implications if you get a $3 stock and sell it are... 0. :p

They now offer Robin hood "Gold" as margin to invest. So they do have a way to make money now. (I'm using it)
I'd you use TurboTax your trades import with a click.
Other features and tool? Minimal to none, but as mentioned above it really is free. That has made it worth it to me. Super easy and simple to use.
-
I use Robinhood for my fun money brokerage account. It's been great thus far. We use Vanguard for our 'serious' brokerage account. Robinhood has super minimal features, on phone only. Trading really is free. Taxes are really easy if you use TurboTax, it's a one click import (just like many other main brokerages). Since the features are so limited, I 'pair' it with the data/research from Morningstar. I think a yearly subscription to Morningstar's full site is $200+, but I am able to log in for free using the institution access my library has using my standard library card number/password (from my home laptop). So I get free top level data/research and free trading using the Robinhood/Morningstar combo. All this free stuff could really encourage someone to over trade, which could really hurt returns....thus we just use for our fun money. It doesn't have integration into Personal Capital yet, but since we don't factor our fun money into our net worth, it's not a huge deal.
-
Hubby has Robin Hood for his own investment account. He likes doing individual stocks and it is a small percentage of our investments. The tax form was identical to the one I got from Wealthfront (yes, I moved most of my accounts from there to Vanguard). We use tax act so it took some data entry, but nothing too bad.
There is no Mint integration yet, we just log it as cash and update monthly.
Robin Hood does have a $50 withdrawal fee, so don't put money in there that you will need any time soon.

Are you sure about the $50 fee? I've pulled money out several times and never had a fee charged.
-
Robinhood makes interest on the non-invested money its users keep on their platform. It adds up. I love the app.
-
Historically, the non-invested money doesn't take them far enough. Most of these services don't offer DRIP, in order to hold your money as long as possible. I kind of wish they would charge $1 a month to a debit card if they needed to get rid of the forgotten micro accounts that get abandoned on these platforms all the time.
Robinhood is only different in its margin features. They have great margin rates and instant margin access and sale settlement, which is a source of revenue nobody else in the free-broker sphere uses. Stockpile sells giftcards at outrageously marked up prices but has very low commission otherwise.
-
He has had the account for about a year, and I think the fee was there when he signed up. He has never withdrawn anything though, so they may have changed their policy.

Appreciate all the feedback from the denizens of this forum.
Not a huge fan of the fact that they have said they were going to integrate with Mint for the past two years, and it doesn't sound like they are anywhere close to making that a reality. At the same, I realize their business model probably has them running pretty lean as far as staffing goes. So I suppose one can't have it all. At least with SigFig, I can manually create a portfolio and add stock shares for tracking.
I went ahead and took the plunge, using the OP's referral link - I guess we'll see what share Robinhood seems fit to gift me with. Anyways, I figure it can't hurt to have an account, especially since I probably won't be holding much more than one share of BRK.B for the next few months.
At the very least, I must say that I like the user interface, very slick and aesthetically pleasing.

Odd.
I checked my robinhood app. I don't see this offer from my referral screen.

Yes, very interested to see what they give you as well!

That offers sounds a little too good to be true. A free stock? Can anybody post once they receive their free stock? Curious to see what they are handing out. And Robinhood makes money from interest, selling deal flow and Gold membership which starts at $10 a month and is basically margin on a fixed price. They also raised $100m+ at a 1.3B valuation. I think they will do really well.

I tested by having my wife open an account. Within 24 hours I had a new share of Xerox in my account. She also received a similarly priced stock.

And my lucky stock is ... S (Sprint).
Well I suppose I can't look a gift horse in the mouth, still a free $7+.

Yeah, I saw when reading around the last day or two that they just hit the mythical unicorn status with their latest round of funding. Makes me feel a bit better about their survivability.
And as of this afternoon, I can vouch for this offer being true. While it's a nice bonus, it should be noted that my $7.87 share of Sprint likely won't be breaking the bank for Robinhood.
On the topic of brokerage signup bonuses, brokerage advertisements dangling some sort of carrot for opening an account isn't all that uncommon of an occurrence. I did receive a cool $100 for opening a TD Ameritrade account about 3 years ago. Granted I funded it with quite a bit more than the measly three figures I threw into this Robinhood account.
-
I got Staples, around $9 bucks. Robinhood has a high enough valuation and have been around long enough for me to not be too concerned about them being fly by night. Can't wait to have my wife / parents sign up too, maybe we'll hit the lotto and get an AAPL share =) .Of course I'm planning on cashing these in ASAP .

I assume these multiple referral threads will be taken down eventually, or at least combined. But ... I went ahead and signed up with Robinhood for the purpose of buying 1 share of BRK.A for the annual meeting passes.
Here is my referral link: http://share.robinhood.com/jamesm1336
Let's let some others get in on the referrals.

Oh, you have to select the card on the homepage for your free stock. I got Xerox too. Better than nothing!
-
Might as well post my referral link as well if anyone is feeling like doing a referral chain, its a nice idea to spread around the referrals instead of one person getting all of them.

Woohoo! Congrats!
I made about $33 between 4 referrals, and sold my shares today. It says I can't withdraw them for 5-6 days of sitting in cash though. Oh well, $33 I didn't have before :).

I just signed up using Witzig's link. If anyone would like to use mine http://share.robinhood.com/ryanm1948
Got a share of SIRI (5.58)
Thanks

Honestly though, does 10-15% of $4 matter to... anyone?
I'll be more annoyed at having to fill out an extra tax form or something... :-)
I signed up a week or two back with someone's link here and got Groupon. Not a big win but I'll take it! Referral link in my sig if anyone wants to use it.
-
I've been interested in opening up an account with Robinhood, as a I want to buy a share of baby Berkshire to get be able to attend the shareholder meeting next year.
Are you actually the shareholder on record or is Robinhood? Not sure if you have enough proof of being a shareholder to get a credential.
-
Honestly though, does 10-15% of $4 matter to... anyone?
Not quite the amount, but for planning purposes. First year controlling my income to be whatever we want for tax purposes so being extra careful. Probably wouldn't be the straw that broke the camels back, but it would be funny if something like this put us $4 over ACA subsidy threshold or something..
-
I signed up using a referral link from someone in another thread. I got Zynga ($3.62). Definitely not a stock I would normally buy considering their EPS is $0.01. I put a couple hundred bucks in there and might play around a bit but I learned some expensive lessons with individual stocks about a decade ago when I was heavily weighted in financial stocks. I'm happy with a couple of index funds now.

So are folks reasonably happy with Robinhood? I'm intrigued.
-
So are folks reasonably happy with Robinhood? I'm intrigued.
I'm happy with the fact they've given me $150 in free stock. :-) Does that count?
Seriously though, I'm really annoyed with the fact that they don't have a webapp. I can only access my account with a cell phone which is god-awfully stupid. They also don't put units on their price graphs which make them worse than useless. They'll do push notifications for earning reports and earnings calls which is cool if you're into that sort of thing but meaningless if you're not. Overall, I used them to buy a single Berkshire share because the buy order was free and I could get a discount on my Geico insurance but I'll be selling all of the shares they've given me.
-
So are folks reasonably happy with Robinhood? I'm intrigued.
Its an entertainment ap that is free. Me and a few friends/coworkers each put in $25 a month and we compete who has a better portfolio daily/multiple times a day. I'm not ego-tistical enough to put any real money into random stock that I pick, so it is only a small amount I use for fun. It's like fantasy football, but everyone comes out ahead in the end.
The earnings call alerts are pretty cool to listen to.
-
So are folks reasonably happy with Robinhood? I'm intrigued.
It's kind of a gimmick. It's obviously oriented to people who will swipe left/swipe right to buy or sell a stock. There's little information aside from a simple daily/weekly/monthly/annual chart and some very basic financial information and news links. I bought a share of Berkshire Hathaway Class B shares today for about $175. 20 minutes later it had gone up $0.50 and I was half tempted to sell it and just lock in the gain knowing that there was no transaction fee. However, treating it like that is little more than gambling.
It's free to trade which is a big plus as even a $5-7 commission adds up if you're only working with a few thousand dollars. If you do your research elsewhere (like with a free Morningstar subscription through your local library) it can certainly make sense.
And hey, getting a few dollars of free stock isn't bad for the 5 minutes it takes to setup an account.
http://share.robinhood.com/michaes3703
-
Satisfied enough to take the free stock (http://share.robinhood.com/sajendn)
Otherwise, not my cup of tea.
It's a neat app, could be dangerous if you had an addictive personality, but all my money goes (or at least went) into index funds straight from Vanguard
-
Thanks, I used a referral upstream. My referral code is in my signature. Just got my account up, should be entertaining if nothing else.
-
Since reading this thread back in August my $250 has grown to about $277, or about 11% growth in 3.5 months. About half of that has been from free stock and the rest has been gains/dividends. I received a share of Zynga ($3.63) when I signed up using someone else's referral code then another share of it a few weeks later when someone used mine. Then yesterday I got a free share of Groupon ($5.67) when April (thank you whoever you are) used my referral link.
They've added a web interface finally but it's still a closed beta. It's supposed to open up to the public in early 2018 and will hopefully have some better information. However, if you have a library card you probably have free access to Morningstar research through your library account and that's a pretty powerful tool. One thing I have noticed is that when I go to execute a trade the price I see usually differs from the execution price by a penny or so. How much of that is just the typical buy/sell spread and how much is Robinhood possibly front-running and shaving off a penny here and a penny there I don't know. The latter seems like it would be a risky business model so I'm will to accept that I'm missing the best price by a few cents in exchange for not paying a $7-10 commission.
Referral code in my signature if anyone is interested in giving it a try. At the very least you'll get a free share of stock that's probably worth a few dollars for the five minutes it takes to setup. You might get lucky and be one of the 1% or so that gets a stock worth $100 or more.
-
Holy shit haha! I just got apple as my free stock. My GF and I were shocked!
-
Dang, nice! Was worth the sing up for you! I think its also worth noting Robinhood will be adding free options trading this year as well.
-
Thanks to Kathryn for using my referral code. Got a share of Sirius XM (SIRI) at $5.33 and it's already up to $5.48.
Also Jeffrey, got another share of Zynga (ZNGA) from him worth $3.97.
RobinHood says that they choose the free stocks from popular ones that are trading a lot and I've got two free shares of Zynga now which means apparently people think Farmville is worth big bucks. I've got to say I'm a bit less optimistic since Q2017 was the first time it looks like they even made a profit. With $0.01 per share of earnings a $4.00 share price seems a bit rich. Oh well, it was free so I'll sell it off in a few days. It's actually gone up a decent amount since I got a free share back in September which I immediately sold off.

I signed up using Maas link. I got Zynga at $3.80. Yay for free money!
The app is something I’d not heard of before, so I appreciate this thread. It’s intriguing to have truly free trades, although as has been mentioned it might make it a bit too easy. I didn’t seed the account with any funds (you don’t have to put in any $ to get the free stock), and I don’t know if I will. Maybe $50 I was given for Christmas. It might be fun to see what I could do with that. Who knows.
If anyone would like a free stock and would be kind enough to use my link, just follow:
https://share.robinhood.com/erick779
Thanks!
One other thing; someone just commented about the lack of a web app. I just saw within the app that there is now the ability to access via the web. I have no idea what or how refined that is, just wanted to mention it.

Tried yesterday to use your referral link via the apparently-now-working web page, everything was going swimmingly until I tried to link my bank account, which rejected my correct password repeatedly. Not quite ready for primetime....
Today i tried to pick up where I left off on the mobile app, but it asked me enough questions that it seemed to be starting the whole process again. Actually worked this time though, but no idea if the referral link was still in effect. Future Robinhood noob advice - just do the whole thing on mobile.
Now I gotta figure out how to get these free stocks...

I've received five so far, presumably all from this thread. They do limit you to $500 total in free stock if you read the fine print. Since the average stock I've received has been about $4 per share I'm in no danger of hitting that anytime soon. Still, since August my initial $250 has grown to a bit over $300 based on those free shares plus dividends and growth. Overall about a 20% return for five months.
-
All went through including the referral link - I got SIRI at $5.72.

Yes, very interesting indeed. It's strange to think I could sell stocks one minute, then turn around and buy cryptocurrency immediately afterward in the same account. I do have a small amount, so I will be transferring it over to Robinhood as soon as that option is available. Free trading 24 hours/day is enticing!

I seriously wonder if Robinhood adding crypto will bump that market at all. It would be pretty crazy if it did.

Used Elitezag's referral and got Chesapeake Energy ($3.89) as well. Here's mine: https://share.robinhood.com/michelc591

Seems like they are rolling out cryptocurrency trading signups starting with California, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, and New Hampshire.
For what it's worth, I managed to get an AMD stock when I signed up with a referral.

I noticed a couple unanswered questions, so I looked them up in their Helps:
- There are no fees to transfer funds back into your account. But there is a 3-day waiting period (after you sold your stocks)
before you can process that transfer. I have actually not able to find any fee at all except their Gold program, which has benefits but is truly unnecessary - As far as taxes, the value of the stock when you received it is taxed on the MISC-22 as other income, but any loss or profit is taxed as capital gains/loses, also there is an easy to push your Robinhood tax stuff to TurboTax, plus they are giving you a $15 discount off TurboTax.
- As far as having no Web interface it seems they are "almost" out with it? Looks like some people may already have access? It also looks like they are adding free cryptocurrency trading "soon" as well.
So far I have received 2 stocks for referring friends but there are a few of them that seem to be "stuck" in the Pending / "Reminded" deal and I personally watched my friends register... almost makes me out to be a liar to them as they are still waiting on their free stock as well. I saw them receive their approval email and they downloaded as well as registered and were using the app. Not sure what gives there... I've contacted support, hopefully there is a simple resolution. In any case if you want to drop some love my way, you could use my referral url: http://share.robinhood.com/sergeys27 (http://share.robinhood.com/sergeys27)

I received a free Chesapeake Energy and a Zynga, thanks you guys. The referral code I used originally never came through and dealing with customer service was too tedious for me. My referral code is here if anyone else wants to try it.

ANOTHER REFERRAL: BITLY!
I'd recommend using bitly to post your referral links. It gives you a new url, so that you don't have to post your personal name. There's also a modify option on the forum if you want to retroactively use the bitly link in your old forum post.
Normal site: https://app.bitly.com (https://app.bitly.com)
My robinhood referral: http://bit.ly/2n9yP7l (http://bit.ly/2n9yP7l)
Full disclosure: I get nothing if you decide to use bitly.

As others have said in this thread, Robinhood provides a great temptation to gamble. Yesterday before the close I gambled and bought UVXY, then sold at the market open today for a gain of 66%. (I posted this confession in another thread) That being said, it was a small amount of $ and I'm fully aware it could have gone the other way.
I've found Robinhood a good way to get the feel for a few stocks, and the bonuses over my normal Fidelity account are a) no transaction fees and b) no waiting 3 days for sales to settle before being able to buy again. It's been kind of fun. Most of what I have is sitting (relatively) safely in index funds, and watching a little bit of cash gain (and lose) in Robinhood has satisfied my urges to own a few individual companies.
I do appreciate the couple of people who have used my referral link. I have no way to thank you individually, so if you're reading this please take it as such. This thread is a great way to spread the wealth around the community.

Lol, I had the same idea in mind. Already transferred 1000$ of fun money to see how that goes for me. Brokerage commissions were a stopping power for me b4, but with 0 commission, well, gonna give it a shot.

The exact same thing happened to me and my brother in law. Small exchanges were overridden with brokerage fees in the past. When we signed up for RH, that just goes away. Five bucks on a penny stock? Why not? :)
Like I said, we’re having fun with it; most real funds are parked in indexes (after my win last night I just bought VTI and Apple for the day), and we’ll see what happens next with the markets.
If anyone out there has been doing the same, it would be interesting to hear your stories.

LOL. Biopharm? That’s my professional industry. We’ve gotten very hammered recently. But whatever. We’ll recover, our drugs are still expensive.
So I think we’re way off-topic at this point. To summarize: Robinhood is a very easy way to trade, and zero cost trades can lead to the option to gamble. Or you can just get in and buy VIX to hold. Don’t gamble with your NW, but if you want to dabble it’s a great way to try playing with the market.
Good luck to everyone coming in to RH today. It’s a fun way to work with different stocks that doesn’t cost a thing. If you sign up, use the referral links in this thread and you’ll get a free stock. My link is in my sig below. Someone posted that they got Apple, that’s awesome!

I started on Tradeking to learn how to trade. It was slow and painful trying to make money with the fees and a small amount of money. Robinhood made it possible to ACTUALLY test some trading strategies and see if I could beat my own retirement fund's index. At first, I was unsuccessful. (no surprise) However recently I have been outperforming, to the point that my "fun" money is rapidly catching up to my actual retirement account and expected to surpass it. Tempting it is, as in the last few days I have seen a few people get taken out hard by margin and leveraged funds on Robinhood. (Both of which I do use, but do so cautiously!)
-
I used jc4's link (you're welcome!) and scooped up a free share of Sprint! Thought I was going to have to throw a 1000 count bottle of phenytoin across the room but no it really works!

https://share.robinhood.com/christk2211
For the most part it's only costing them $3-5 each. That's pretty cheap to acquire a customer in any industry. If they can convert some of those users to Robinhood Gold which is $10 a month then it's worth it. Let's say they spend $5 on free stock to get 100 customers or $500. If they can convert 5% of those to Robinhood Gold for just one year they'll earn $600, or a $100 profit. If their conversion rate goes up to just 6-7% then it's hundreds more in profit. Not to mention if that customers continues to pay $10/month for a few years.

I just started investing not too long ago and I was hesitant to use Robinhood. I actually download the app and deleted it before I opened it for the first time as I was going back and forth trying to decide if I wanted to use it. After reading some more, watching videos with the founders, and seeing that Google Ventures believed in it, I decided to jump on and it's been fairly good so far. Not much info but they said people use outside research anyways so they plan to keep it simplistic although a web desktop interface is planned if I remember correctly. I find the graphs don't show very accurate movements but I'm also using thinkorswim which has been amazing. Morningstar is also available for free through my local library card so that's just great. I'm off to a good start so far so that's nice XD. I added a Vanguard account to my investment plan for their ETF's and although TD Ameritrade denied my application, I think I have a fairly good toolset to start off so far. I didn't put in my bank credentials when linking my bank account on Robinhood because I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I had to wait about a week doing it manually but I read it's instant if you sign in with your bank credentials.

My account has just been updated and I've been granted Options approval! I have never traded options before and wanted to learn, but have been put off by fees, etc. I'm finding some smaller stocks and giving it a shot.

Another update! I was granted web access finally, so I can use the PC for trading as well as the App. It doesn't have options setup online yet, but I'm glad to have a few more features.

Finally given this a shot! Slow day at work, why not? Took only a few minutes to sign up on my laptop, then I downloaded the app on my phone, checked History and found my share: GRPN ($4.34).
Here's my link goo.gl/ifD5Mj (http://goo.gl/ifD5Mj).

I've received a few emails saying I'm approved for options trading but every time I click the link to update my app it never works. It says I need to newest version of the app so maybe I should just uninstall it and reinstall it. Need to make sure I've got my username and password copied down somewhere first though.

Has anyone been able to get the options or crypto trading platform working on their mobile device? I received invitations to both months ago but when I clicked on the email link from Robinhood it never downloaded a new version of the app like it was supposed to that had those features enabled. I don't really care about the latter but access to options would certainly make things more interesting. My current index fund and another single stock are a bit boring to check daily. Throwing some options in the mix would make it a bit more exciting - and since my balance is only a few hundred dollars I can afford to take a bit more risk than if it were actually a significant part of my portfolio.

Strange I still didnt get anything. Oh well, it probably wouldn't be anything to write home about.

Heya guys,
Is it safe to link your bank account with them? I'm skeptical about this. I already signed up but not complete whole application yet because i'm worry about linking my bank account with them.
I'm thinking about link account, transfer the money, and then delete it. Is there an option for that?
Thanks

In case anyone from the UK, Switzerland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, or Italy wants to spin the roulette wheel of free shares, they could sign up for Trading 212 with my link, and we both get a free share www.trading212.com/ref/3s7lNK6

I view this as "get $10 to start an account with us". The random gamble makes it seem more lucrative, but most people get stocks under $10. So try and take the gambling aspect out - that isn't a good thing to enjoy in the stock market, anyways. Try and view this as $10 (probably less) to open an account.

Financial service companies are highly regulated. I would say you've got nothing to worry about. You could always setup a new account with another bank (possibly one that provides some sort of sign-up bonus) and use that. In my case I linked my account to an old credit union account that I rarely use. I keep it around because I have a CC with them with a 15+ year history which is good for my credit score.

I will also keep this going! Only ended up getting the ZNGA stock too seems like a popular one but maybe I will get a better one if someone uses my refer. Also note that you don't have to transfer any money to get the free stock you just have to link your account it tries to act like you need to transfer money but I never did:

You don't have to link your bank. Just click on the right side of the screen where3 it says something like, what if my bank isn't listed, and you have the option to link later.
Here's mine: https://join.robinhood.com/denisem704
I got some pharma company I never heard of. Worth about 5 bucks.

Hey, I didn't realize how well Robinhood works for regular banking. Money you put in earns 1.8%, on par with Ally, but you get a bank card to use for cash withdrawels or purchases--which you don't get with Ally.
I don't think they have bill pay but it seems like a convinient place to stash cash or some emergency money. Right now ally is paying 1.6% for savings.
Also, just a note, if you open a brokerage account with a link to get a free stock, you do NOT have to put any money in or even enter your bank info. Just click on the right that your bank isn't listed and they let you just skip to the next part. https://join.robinhood.com/denisem704
ETA: Hhhmmm, it seems that you apply for this cash account separately from your brokerage account. So if you transfer money to your brokerage acct if doesn't automatically go to a 1.8% savings account. And oddly, it seems there's a waiting list to open the savings acct? Well I'm on the list so we'll see how it works.

I signed up this week for my son to start investing. They don’t do joint or custodial accounts so it’ll be under my name but we’ll all know it’s his money. And, I’ll be on the hook for any taxes, but it won’t be much. He’s 9.
In any case, he got a share of PLUG. I posted my link on Facebook and he got another share of PLUG and 1 of SIRI. So basically he got $18 for nothing, and we haven’t even funded his account with his $100 yet.
I think he’s learned more about affiliate marketing than the stock market so far.

That had to be exciting. PLUG had huge gains for a few days. I think I saw my shares had gained 42% at one point. I only have about 6 shares, but it was exciting.
Btw, I've been using https://www.chartmill.com/home (https://www.chartmill.com/home) to help find promising trades. It has a lot of info that's presented in a very easy to understand, highly visual manner. It might be something that your son would enjoy checking out.

So finally, after signing up on Feb 22, I got off the waitlist for a "savings" account with robinhood. They call it cash management and it's money you put in your acct that you can buy stock with, interest bearing, and an ATM card. The interest rate was comprable to Ally but now it's .3% where Ally is 1.5%.
It's good if you want money you can keep to buy stocks in case something interesting shows up but can access immediately via ATM and earn a wee bit of interest. When Uber was at $15, my money to buy it was in transit. I think I bought some at 20 but now it's at 32 from a high of about 47 maybe. (That's not my stash, which is in VTSAX)

SBUX and DFS have been some of my bigger gains from when I purchased a few weeks back. SBUX average at $55 (now at $77.98) and DFS average at $31.43 (now $42) Overall, still down 1.3% (started investing literally right before the market crash), so I'm hoping to be up pretty big about a year or so when the market has some recovery.
Let's make some big gains and take advantage of the discounts!
