A friend of mine built a new site based around the idea of crowd-sourced investing advice. It's a "scratch-your-own-itch" type project, and he was wondering if people might find it useful (or not).
He came up with it as he was trying to learn and focus more on his investing, which led him getting into self-directed investing and away from bank-recommended mutual funds. He found that looking at other people's portfolios is a really helpful way to identify potential investments. Problem was, they were usually out of date and all over the place.
So, StreetHunch was born:
https://www.streethunch.com.
You can enter your portfolio, and create a direct link to it and solicit feedback and insight from others. Also, you can browse around other people's portfolios to get ideas or offer feedback of your own. (There are a few there already that a few friends have put up to start with).
He'd appreciate any feedback!
