Best ETFs for Canadian Investors

Here is a question for the Canadians here.  What is your top pick for:

1) Best Canadian Equity ETF
2)  U.S. equity ETF
3)  International ETF
4)  Bond ETF
5)  REIT ETF

I personally use TD ETFs for most of my investing, and BMO and ishares for REITS.  I have no complaints, but I am curious about alternatives.  I have never used Vanguard funds, despite their popularity, and obvously there are many more options out there, too.  Would love to hear the opinions and experiences of others.

I tilt towards iShares products with some Vanguard, BMO, and Horizons. I typically consider fees, trading volume, and tax efficiency in that.
