Title: Any current "refer a friend" bonuses with Schawb for a brokerage account?

Does Schwab have any refer a friend type bonuses currently for opening a brokerage account? The kind where the person and friend both get a bonus? Looking to open a brokerage account with Schwab and might as well help someone else out at the same time if possible.

I see the following link on the Schwab website but that only seems to say the person opening the account gets the $100 bonus.

Hi Aggie1999,

Mr Money Mustache would be happy you are getting started right away with a brokerage account. 

You will get a $100 bonus for depositing $10,000 within 45 days.  You don't have to use your funds right away.

Now is the best time to get started in investing as the economy will only continue to get stronger.

Look around for various bonuses.  We opened a Roth for my wife with $6500 which got her $100.  I believe that a tax advantaged account has a lower threshold for money.  If you're looking to refer someone else and collect money in your own account, TDAmeritrade has that.  I refered my wife, put $6k in and received (from memory) $200 into my account.  I believe I got $100 for opening my own account there with $25k, so the referral was way easier to get.
