I saw questions from 2013 regarding RSS feed, but I found the subforum RSS is still not available in 2020 even the main page has RSS. Can it be fixed?
ex: https://forum.mrmoneymustache.com/real-estate-and-landlording/.xml/?type=rss doesn't work.

EDIT:
further more, how could I get RSS feed for Hot Topic inside sub forum?
