Site not available from T-Mobile network

Recently I have not been able to access the forum from my iPhone when on the T-Mobile network (when I'm on WiFi it works fine). For reference my IPv4 address is now 172.58.41.x and I cannot get to this forum (over the T-Mobile network).

Do you have some IPs blocked?

EDIT - This might be an IPv6 issue?

This has been happening to me too for a while.  As soon as I connect my phone to wifi, it loads right up.  WhatIsMyIP returns an IPv6 address when on T-mobile, so it definitely could be something there.
