Posts not being marked as read
« on: March 17, 2017, 09:56:15 AM »
Since the migration, frequently I click on a thread's new posts link, read something, and later see the same thread showing as having new posts even though nothing new has been added.

I've seen this, too.  They seem to eventually be marked read.  (I think.)  But there is a lag.

Yup, this happens a lot for me. It seems to be temporary. It will happen for a couple minutes, or a few threads, and then normal behavior is restored. But this has happened many times.

This is still happening occasionally, even with threads where I am the last person who posted.

Looking into it.
I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
If you want to know more about me, this Business Insider profile tells the story pretty well.
I (rarely) blog at AdventuringAlong.com. Check out the Now page to see what I'm up to currently.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
