OpenId trouble

Hi, I switched from a fancy (expensive) website hosting with my own OpenId PHP script to a (free) github pages hosted site and (free) OpenId via stack exchange. The new OpenID setup works on most sites, but now I can't log in here anymore. Can you help?

My old username was nfriedly and my OpenId url is http://nfriedly.com, email is nathan@<OpenID site>.

If you wanted to just change my old account from OpenID to a regular password-based one and email me the password, that'd be fine too.

After not using the forum for a long time, I couldn't use my launchpad openid to log in any more.
Suspect this may be to do with the provider only supporting OpenID v2, while the forum expects v1.

I just re-registered using a password.
