Title: Mouse Scrolling disabled

For some reason occasionally my mouse will stop scrolling on this site - a bit annoying.  Anyone else having this problem?

I admittedly connect to this site in a way few do, using a Linux system, but this has been a recent change to the website.  It's only this forum that I have problems with.  I have to close the window and open a new one to get it to work again.

No problems from Chrome, but then I'm not using a Linux box.

I think you'd be surprised how many Linux users there are here.

No, no issues. 
Linux Mint 18.1 (upstream release is Ubuntu 16.04 LTS)
firefox/chrome - neither has a problem

I've forgotten to update - I was using a old version of Ubuntu and I've recently updated to 16.04 LTS and have not seen any issues.  Must have been a issue with the OS.
