I want to move a thread I started - how do I do it?

I have a thread running in General Discussion that I want to move to Journals, since it is turning into one.  How do I move and rename it?  Or do I need a moderator to do it?

Yeah, PM a mod was my first thought.  But if it is doable, I would like to do it myself, just for the experience, you know?  DIY thread moving.  I was hoping someone else would have already done it.  There is no urgency though.

Click "report to moderator" on the lower right of the first post in the thread and say "please move this thread to [whatever board]" and one of us will take care of it next time we're on.
