You can either add the image as an attachment, which requires someone to click on it to see it, or you can post it online somewhere (like imgur) and then put the URL for that image inside the img tags that you seem to know how to use.

You also need to specify the size, so the huge image is readable

Not when I upload.

Maybe someone more experienced can let us know if we can do that when we attach a photo.

It appears Auckland Stubble's image in that post is in the signature field (or whatever is below the thin gray line), not the post itself.
