My workplace's IP appears to be banned? Sometimes?

Friends,

When I come to the forum on my mobile phone while at work, it says, "Sorry obstinate, you're banned forever for reasons: rude, trolling." As you can plainly see, I'm not banned, and I have not been rude or troll-y on this site to my recollection. I wonder if someone else who used to use my workplace's IP was banned for this reason. I'm wondering if such a ban could be rescinded, especially now that you have to pay up to join.

Let me know if this is something you can help with, or if I can help identify the source range.

My mom's house is like that, as is the playground in my neighborhood. You could try it with the wifi on.

Yep, your local ISP just assigned you an IP address that was banned--your account wasn't. :)
