Can't access forums via my iPhone in Safari

For some reason when I try to access the forums via my iPhone, using Safari, I'm getting a message that says I've been permanently banned.  I tried completely resetting my phone, but nothing helps.  I panicked for a few minutes, not understanding why I had been banned, as I'm an avid reader but infrequent poster and wasn't sure what I could have possibly done to be banned.  I'm relieved to see that I can access the forums via my laptop, but would greatly appreciate any help restoring access on my phone.  Thank you so much!

TBH this sounds more like a machine specific problem (your phone) rather than an account issue which an admin can address given the fact that you're able to log in via your laptop. Some forums do have IP specific banning systems in place. Have you tried via a wifi connection with your iPhone?

I just ended up resolving the issue. I had to go in to Settings and clear the website history and cookies. Once I did that I was able to re-login and access the forums. Not sure what caused the issue, but am glad it's resolved.
