Avatar & signature?

I'm trying to add an Avatar, but can't locate the tab for it.  Can somebody please clue me in?

When logged in, there’s a menu bar with ‘Home’, ‘Help’, ‘Search’, ‘Profile’, et.

Click the Profile button. Once on the profile page, choose Modify Profile —> Forum profile.

The avatar pic is Called Personalized Picture, and the siggy is Personal Text. Click Change Profile to save.
