"New posts" options gone?

The options for new posts and subscribed posts, usually appearing under the big Mr. Money Mustache banner, are no longer appearing and haven't been for a couple days.  Is everyone else still seeing them?

I don't remember the solution, but I know it's a thing that happens and it's fixable. Something to do with your settings or something, I think. Hang on, someone who knows how to fix it will be along soon.

I literally just found that button recently and my forum "experience" is much better...this board has some serious traffic, wow!  I've posted more this year than all previous years combine since 2016
