I do custom shirts for people. Over the past 2 weeks I made over $350 for about 6 hours of total work. The shirts are usually for businesses or special occasions.
The plan now is to actually promote the business locally but because si far it has been word of mouth. I do it cause I actually enjoy it, so no real pressure to promote it, but now that we are moving to our new home, I'll have a dedicated area for my equipment.
I also do car repairs on the side, since that's what I really do for a living, so that's super easy money.
Another thing I just did, which I think I'm going to continue is buy/fix/sell cars and lawn tractors. I recently made $1k flipping an older BMW. Now I'm in talks to buy a cool riding mower which doesn't run for $80. If it goes well, I think I'll be able to sell it for $250+ once finished and I should make about $125+.
With the previous post, I think I may have a line on a newer MINI Cooper which needs major engine repair for about $1500 which after putting another $750 into, will probably sell for about $6k+, hopefully I get my hands on that one.
